WE AS HUMANS ARE PART OF THAT HARMONIOUS STRUCTURE, THE "COSMOS HELIX". IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT WE UNDERSTAND OURSELVES.

OUR GOOD HEALTH AND DAILY FUNCTIONS DEMAND A FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF THIS COMPLEX WORLD AND UNIVERSE.

WE MUST FIRST UNDERSTAND THE "COSMOS HELIX" AND THE HARMONIOUS STRUCTURE OF THE UNIVERSE.

The smallest particle "ZEUS" is a combination of two individuals. The tremendous explosion of the Super Nova tears them apart and sends them on their way at the speed of light in every direction. One must realize that other Super Novas are also racing through space at the same speed. OUTER SPACE IS LIKE CHICKEN SOUP .. "QUARKS" .."HADRONS" .."HERATHENS" ..AND "ZEUS" ... PARTICLES IN EVERY STAGE OF DEVELOPEMENT. This is a normal function controlled by the "COSMOS HELIX".

When the outer sphere ( -12 ) and the central Isometric cube ( +12 ) are attracted to each other the result is a Zeus particle with no attraction or rejection. I takes one billion Zeus particles side by side to make one Herathen particle. However the cosmos is filled with "ZEUS" particles "HERATHEN "particles and even "HADRON and "QUARKS" particles in various stages of growth on their way to full filling the BLUEPRINT of the "COSMOS HELIX".

One good example of what oddities occur is the Crystal "MAGNETITE" . The destination for this metal was IRON , Other elements were involved and thus it became "MAGNETITE". Animal and Plant Life has dominated the Universe of "HADRONS" taking advantage of the magnetic opportunities of this special crystal ( "ACTAHEDRA" crystal).

Mammals have not only dominated this "MAGNETITE" crystal they have asserted full control over the positive negative aspect of this IRON mineral. Mammals have been able to increase the intensity of the magnetic effect., and a fraction of a second later turn it off. Mammals have been able to read the fields of magnetic force with such accuracy that they have used it to relocate water sources and food supplies. This tells me that the use of many other substances and chemicals like "OXYGEN" are absolutely necessary in this complex operation. I have included in my diet 30 plus herbs of various descriptions. I have my blood work done once a year and use the results to verify the need of certain herbs to keep a perfect balance.

Our body is under attack every day from a variety of viruses, fungus and bacteria. We must provide our system with the proper nutrients for our body to function with efficiency and determinition to win in this daily struggle. This effort takes many chemicals. However I recommend one action that everyone can participate in ... BREATH VERY DEEP AT NIGHT WHEN YOU ARE AWAKE. OXYGEN IS NEEDED BY OUR SYSTEM IN EXTREMELY LARGE AMOUNTS, for our system to process the various chemicals needed for us to survive. Practice this effort every night and during the day also if possible.

There are billions of variations possible when the "Four Hadron" particles are developing from the much smaller "Two Herathens" living and growing on their path of destiny. Outside influences are forever present and if the "COSMOS HELIX" is flex able enough many unusual things will happen.

Plants take in "CARBON DIOXIDE" and give off oxygen this helps us mammals.
