The aggressive hotel manager is out there pulling every one in off the street to fill these vacant rooms. When enough Suns and Galaxies with the ( "1..12 Quarks" ) are sucked into this "Black Hole" it eventually reaches a level of instability.

This Demon slowly moves the configuration to a level of balanced instability. The ( "COSMOS HELIX" then flips from the 24 configuration) back to the original structure of the Universe the ("COSMOS HELIX" 12 configuration) ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE !!
